The bergamot juice is certainly one of the most appreciated Calabrian products. It has considerable properties that indicate it as a tool to lower cholesterol. His harsh and decisive taste has nothing to please that's why some dilute him with water. The proportion is 1/4 of bergamot juice and 3/4 water.It does not contain preservatives nor dyes.
