Manteca cheese
It is a dairy product produced as a normal scamorza but inside it has butter.
It is a fat, fresh and short seasoning cheese. It usually consumes with hot bread, or with pears.
Of clear Spanish origins the manteca derives from the name "Mantequilla" is a born cheese to transport the butter during transhumanze. Depending on the seasoning it can have a more or less turned color.
