Stuffed artichokes morsels

The artichokes cultivated and collected by the Belfiore of Matera company are preserved by preparing rolls with Dried tomatoes and capers.

They are blanched in the vinegar and last they are kept in extra virgin olive oil. Excellent to serve as an appetizer or to accompany an aperitif other than normal.
