The artichokes are cultivated in the agro of Matera and in the spring period harvested, boring then in white wine vinegar and stored in extra virgin olive oil.
Masseria Mirogallo is one of the few in the Italian scene that produces and transforms its vegetables into the spot.
The ultra plus is definitely the fact that it passes little time between collection and their transformation.
