These chicks are cultivated to Altamura. They have been decorned to facilitate cooking them.
They are a source of vitamins and proteins. Excellent in soups and spectacular with pasta.
It is the undisputed protagonist of simple but very aromatic dishes due to their slightly herbaceous flavor to its natural flavor.
