Garaguso extra virgin olive oil
Garagusus, country of Matera hill, it is immersed by olive plantations and seeds of durum wheat. We have chosen the Pessolano company because it produces extra virgin olive oil in an absolutely traditional way and above all it is one of the few Materane companies to use thecold extraction with the results.
The cultivar used is the mill, oil with a very delicate scent that recalls the cut of the green grass. On the visual level, it is yellow with green reflections. In the mouth it has an excellent balancing with a bitter aftertaste because full of polyphenols.
