Saracen Passito Slowfood Presidium

The Moscato Passito is a very special sweet white, produced in Calabria from purple cellars. The vines of which it is produced are 50% and Malvasia seal 50% and is vinified in steel. The hints you feel the most are those of esotic fruit. It is very intense, enveloping, wide and fresh. On the historical level the Saracen passito was one of the favorite products of the popes.
