Produced with Peppers cultivated In the AGRO of the Belfiore company Matera. The newly collected products are immediately transformed by adding extra virgin olive oil.
There are no preservatives.
How to consume it? We prefer it on poorly seasoned cheeses, goat. Or simply on bread croutons.
