Strong ricotta
The strong ricotta is a typical product of Italy's meridity, between Basilicata and Puglia. It is a creamy dairy. It is usually used on the orecchiette type pastes or can be used in the pants or panzerotti. What we propose is formed in ovine mixed milk so far its flavor is not very strong or spicy.
