Re-milled Semolina of durum wheat produced by 100% Italian wheat and processed by the Bruscella mill in Genzano della Lucania. The wheat is cultivated by the company Iungano Matilde who has its own land between Forenza and Venosa.
Antique grains mixed at 33% to produce bread and homemade pasta. High proteins to guarantee an excellent yield. FINE granulation.
