100% Italian Wheat Puntini is artisan tiny pasta made exclusively with wheat grown by Lungano Farm between Forenza and Venosa, in northern Basilicata. The supply chain is fully controlled: wheat is milled into semolina in Genzano di Lucania and then processed at the Oppido Lucano and Stigliano pasta workshops. The result is genuine pasta showcasing the quality of Italian wheat.

Bronze-Die Extrusion, Slow Drying and a Lucanian Supply Chain

100% Italian Wheat Puntini is made with semolina obtained exclusively from Lungano Farm's wheat. Bronze-die extrusion gives the tiny pasta a surface that absorbs broth, while slow drying helps preserve the aroma and distinctive qualities of the grain and ensures excellent cooking performance. This artisan process protects the pasta's quality and flavour.

Delivery within Italy generally takes 24–72 hours after dispatch. For EU destinations, delivery times and charges depend on the destination, parcel weight and shipping service selected at checkout. Faster and more economical services may be available.
