3. Register users

When completing the registration procedures, the user is obliged to follow the indications on the site and to provide their personal data correctly and truthfully. The confirmation exonerates in any case of all responsibility for the data provided by the user.

If the user then communicates not exact or incomplete data or even in the event that there is a dispute of interested parties about the payments made, Sudrise will have the right not to activate or suspend the service up to the relative shortcomings.

On the occasion of the first request for activation of a profile by the user, Sudrise will attribute the username and password to the same. The latter recognizes that these identifiers constitute the system of access validation to services and the only system suitable for identifying the user so that the acts carried out by such access will be attributed to him and they will be binding effectively against him.

The user is obliged to maintain the privacy of his access data and to guard them with due care and diligence and not to sell them even temporarily to third parties.

4. Availability of products

The availability of the products refers to the actual availability when the buyer puts the order. However, this availability must be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence on the website of multiple users, the products could be sold to other customers before the order confirmation.

Also following the sending of the order confirmation email, cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods may occur. In this eventuality, the order will be automatically rectified with the deletion of the product not available and the buyer will be immediately informed by e-mail or by telephone.

If the buyer requires the cancellation of the order, solving the contract, Sudrise will refund the amount paid within 14 days starting from the moment in which Sentrise has been aware of the buyer's decision to resolve the contract.

6. Payment and prices

The price of the products will be the one indicated from time to time on the site, unless obtained.

In the event of a Sudrise error, you will soon know the buyer by allowing the order confirmation to the right amount or cancellation.

It will not be the obligation to provide what sold at the lower price erroneously indicated.

Site prices include VAT, do not include shipping. Prices may undergo variations at any time. Changes do not concern orders for which confirmation of the order has already been sent.

Once they are selected products they will be added to the cart. It will be sufficient to follow the purchase instructions, entering or verifying the requested information in each passage of the process. The order details can be changed before payment.

7. Salesconditions

8. Delivery

If delivery is not possible, the order will be sent to the deposit. In this case, a notice will specify the place where the order is found and the ways to agree with a new delivery.

If delivery cannot take place due to causes due to us not attributable after 15 days from the date on which the order is available for delivery, we will be intended to resolve the contract.

As a result of the resolution the amounts will be returned, including the delivery costs with the exclusion of any additional costs deriving from the choice of a delivery method other than the ordinary method offered without unjustified delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date of termination of the contract. Transport deriving from the termination of the contract may have additional costs that will be borne by the buyer.
