Shipping Information

The fixed delivery cost within Italy is €8.90. For orders over €99.00 (i.e., starting from €99.01), shipping is free within the national territory.

For certain products, we use packaging that effectively protects against compression, impacts, and provides thermal insulation.

For EU countries, shipping rates vary based on the destination zone. Delivery times within Italy are 24/48 hours, while for European countries, delivery takes 48/96 hours.

Shipping rates for European countries are based on the total amount of the cart.

Any customs clearance fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note for all European customers: Shipments must be limited to one package weighing no more than 15 kg. If the package exceeds 15 kg, an additional shipping fee will be applied based on the excess weight.
