You can choose between standard shipping and DHL Express.

Refrigerated shipping within Italy
To preserve the freshness of more delicate products, we offer temperature-controlled shipping.

We recommend this option from June through September to protect fresh products during the warmer months.
Refrigerated carriers are not necessarily express services, but they maintain the cold chain throughout transit.
Order preparation and dispatch
We allow up to 2 working days to prepare orders.
Fresh products such as cheese, bread and cured meats are not dispatched from Thursday onwards, to avoid extended stays at sorting facilities over the weekend.
Delivery estimates begin from the actual dispatch of the order, not from the purchase date.
Strikes, public holidays, adverse weather or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.
