Pollino Acacia Honey is an artisan honey made by Pietro Civale, one of Basilicata's most highly regarded beekeepers. His bees live in the heart of Pollino National Park, an unspoilt environment that yields pure, delicate honey rich in natural aromas.

This acacia honey comes from Viggianello, where Pietro Civale practises beekeeping with close attention to quality and the environment. Hives are located away from pollution sources in an area rich in biodiversity. The honey has a light, straw-yellow colour, a runny texture and a delicate flavour.

Ideal as a Natural Sweetener

With its high fructose content and low sucrose level, Pollino Acacia Honey is an excellent natural sweetener. It is ideal in tea, herbal infusions, yoghurt, milk and desserts without overpowering their flavours, and delicious with bread, fresh cheese or simply enjoyed by the spoonful.

We carefully pack our products to protect them from impacts, compression and temperature changes. Special protective packaging is used where needed.

Delivery within Italy generally takes 24–72 hours after dispatch. For EU destinations, delivery times and charges depend on the destination, parcel weight and shipping service selected at checkout. Faster and more economical services may be available.

Please allow up to two working days for order preparation. To avoid weekend delays, fresh products such as cheese, bread and cured meats are generally not dispatched from Thursday onwards.
