Artisanal Coffee Liqueur
The term "liqueur" comes from the Latin word liquor, meaning "liquid substance," and refers to a category of sweet alcoholic beverages with a spirited soul. Liqueurs have ancient origins; history tells us that Benedictine monks were already making them in abbeys and monasteries using natural herbs, with the well-known purpose of aiding digestion. The liqueurs we offer are produced in Basilicata, specifically in San Chirico Raparo, by Mrs. Caterina, who has preserved recipes passed down through generations. For the coffee liqueur, only first-class roasted coffee is used, and the first sip gives the sensation of drinking classic Neapolitan coffee.
