Grappa Cantine del Notaio
Grappa Cantine del Notaio
Grappa is obtained by the Aglianico's pomace. Produced by Bertagnolli that makes this grappa unique. The distillation method is discontinuous in a steam-powered bain-marie. The plant consists of 6 paves of the capacity of 10 HL / CAD, connected to distillation columns and cooling coil. The alcoholic vapor circuit is in copper. The average duration of each cotta is about two hours and thirty.
After this period the grappa is left to aging for 30 months in French oak barriques. The result is a grappa with a vanilla flavor with an amber yellow color that in the mouth is round and frank.
