Grappa Cantine del Notaio
Grappa Cantine del Notaio
Grappa obtained from the pomace of Aglianico del Vulture. Produced by Bertagnolli, who, thanks to his experience, makes this grappa unique. The distillation method is discontinuous, using a steam bath. The plant consists of 6 boilers with a capacity of 10 Hl each, connected to distillation columns and a cooling coil. The alcoholic vapor circuit is made of copper. The average duration of each batch is about two hours and thirty.
After this period, the grappa is aged for 30 months in French oak barriques. The result is a grappa with a vanilla flavor and an amber yellow color that is round and straightforward on the palate.
