Olive Paté from Lucania

Sauce produced only with olives and salt. Excellent for spreading on warm bread crostini. Our patés come from Aliano and Grassano. Both towns are located on the Materana hill. In Aliano, the company has two oil mills and is the largest in terms of the quantity of olives, while the second company in Grassano belongs to Giuseppe, who over the years has transformed the family business into an organic one and processes everything he cultivates.
