Tarocco Orange Jam

Tarocco orange is a type of orange that has a lesser quantity of sugar compared to the Navel quality. It comes inside with red pigmentations. In the mouth it is more harsh and usually has a smaller caliber than other oranges.
This jam is produced with Pasquale's oranges in Scanzano Jonico and it has only 70% orange pulp and 30% of sugar. There are no preservatives, or dyes
