Natural Mandarin Marmalade is prepared with fragrant Lucanian mandarins grown by Pasquale in Scanzano Jonico, in the heart of the Metapontino. Thanks to natural ripening encouraged by winter cold, these citrus fruits develop sweet, juicy, aromatic flesh, ideal for producing authentic-tasting marmalade.

Natural Mandarin Marmalade follows a straightforward recipe without preservatives or artificial colours. The edible mandarin peel is also used, giving the marmalade a richer texture and more intense fragrance. The recipe uses 70% mandarin pulp and 30% sugars, showcasing the fruit's natural flavour.

Natural Mandarin Marmalade is perfect at breakfast on bread, toast, brioche and croissants. It is also excellent for filling tarts, biscuits and artisan desserts, or pairing with fresh and mature cheeses, bringing the fragrance of Metapontino citrus fruit to the table.
