Acacia honey is a transparent, light yellow honey. It has a non-persistent, floral scent. It is light and reminiscent of ripe fruit. It has a delicate aroma, typically vanilla-like. It can also be used as a sweetener because it is not overpowering. Excellent also with slightly aged Pecorini . Produced by the Vaccaro company in Organic, nomadic beekeeper.
