Organic Honeydew Honey
Honey produced by the bees of Francesco Vaccaro, a nomadic beekeeper. The difference with nectar honey is that honeydew honey is produced in forested areas where there are few flowers. However, the bees manage to find this substance "honeydew" on trees such as pines, linden, and firs . It is a substance rich in nutrients and minerals.
To the eye, the honey appears amber, dark.To the nose , it reminds of the outer part of trees , while in the mouth it is full, dense, and not sweet at all ; in fact, compared to nectar honey, it has less glucose, fructose, and sucrose. On the other hand, it is full of antioxidants, and it is a powerful antibacterial and antiseptic.
