The new vintage extra virgin olive oil (2021/2022) is ready, fresh of crusher.
Produced by cultivar Ogliarola del Bradano This oil has been produced by the October 15th to November 1 2021. The olives are then worked in less than 24 hours from the collection. Olives grown in the hill on the metaponton band and cold-worked by Vincenzo, a small Frantoiano Lucano.
It's an oilcolored Yellow with slight shades of green, the smell e Medium fruity flavor with Almond and grass notes.
