Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The extra virgin olive oil from the new harvest (2024/2025) is ready, fresh from the mill.

The extra virgin olive oil we offer is from the cultivar Ogliarola del Bradano harvested in the first ten days of October 2024. The product is processed within 24 hours of harvesting by Vincenzo in his mill in Montalbano.
It is an oil with a color yellow with green hues, a medium fruity aroma and flavor with notes of almond and grass. The aftertaste is spicy and slightly bitter.

NO MORE TINS.We no longer want to use tins because they are impractical, difficult to transport, and have exorbitant costs. This year we opted for bag in box, which is practical and made from recycled cardboard. The product inside does not take in air or light.

HIGHER COST.The higher cost this year is due to a general increase in costs but especially to the scarcity of olives available in the area.
