Gaeta Itrana White olives

Olives not yet mature ranging from green to the brown. They are also cygiantic calls for their color.

Excellent product worked and preserved in natural brine without the use of preservatives. Perfect in the kitchen but even more to accompany an aperitif.
The cultivar used is that Itrana.
