Pasta straw and hay

The straw and hay fettuccine are a yellow and green two-colored pasta, similar to noodles but with a slightly greater thickness. Produced by the Cirigliano pasta factory in Basilicata. Cooking exceeds 15 min clear indication is excellent and slow drying. We prefer them with cherry tomatoes and basil because the simplest recipes can be appreciated every single ingredient.
