Straw and Hay Pasta
The Straw and Hay fettuccine are a two-colored yellow and green pasta, similar to tagliatelle but with a slightly greater thickness. Produced by Pastificio Cirigliano in Basilicata. The cooking time exceeds 15 minutes, a clear indication of excellent and slow drying. We prefer them with cherry tomatoes and basil because the simpler the recipes, the more one can appreciate each individual ingredient.
