Semi-Free-Range Pork and Over Three Months of Curing

Made from semi-free-range pork, this pancetta is cured for over three months and seasoned with Senise PGI pepper, rock salt and wild fennel from Baragiano. It is prepared without colourings or preservatives, preserving the authentic character of the meat.
