Tesa Lucana bacon
The bacon is the lower part of the pork. It is wisely spicy and left to mature over 3 months. It is called tense bacon because it keeps its forms intact and because the rind is still present.

The bacon that we present has more than 3 months of seasoning, It has no colorings or preservatives. The meat comes from farms of Pigs to the semi-crady state.
