Panettone made with over 75 hours of preparation. The sourdough starter is refreshed 4 times a day. Excellent ingredients make this product light, fragrant, and delicious. Pasticceria Calciano from Tricarico is one of the best in Basilicata and, in our opinion, in Italy. The love and care they put into their panettone truly shine through, and it's a pleasure for us to include this leavened cake among our products.Note: This is a pre-order.
