Panettone crafted for over 75 hours. Sourdough that is refreshed 4 times a day. Excellent ingredients for a light, fragrant, and superb product. The Calciano pastry shop in Tricarico is one of the best in Basilicata and in Italy, in our opinion. The love and care they put into conveying their passion in the panettones is palpable, and it is truly a pleasure for us to have this leavened product among our offerings.
