This variant of the Tiri Panettone has been created for those who cannot consume lactose. After years of experimentation, this product maintains the same flavor and texture as the classic version. The lactose-free panettone follows the same three-phase processing method, with 72 hours of leavening, that characterizes all Tiri pastries. The care in selecting the ingredients and the artisanal attention that have accompanied us for almost seventy years remain unchanged in this recipe.
