Tomato Passata and Peeled Tomatoes Lucani

Passata produced with tomatoes from the Agricola Matilde Iungano farm in the Forenza area of Basilicata. The sauce has a wine-red color. Thick and flavorful, it is well-suited for a variety of recipes. There are no colorants, preservatives and it is gluten-free. The same applies to the blanched peeled tomatoes, which are then preserved with salt and their own water.
