Rigatoni are one of the most well-known and versatile types of pasta in Italy. This pasta is special because it is produced solely with wheat from the Iungano company located between Forenza and Venosa in Basilicata. The semolina produced is then sent to the pasta factories in Oppido and Stigliano, where it is bronze-drawn. Rough to the touch and golden to the eye , this pasta maintains excellent cooking quality and holds sauces well. In addition to the Matilde company, we have also included the Stigliano company with its famous pasta factory.
