100% Italian Wheat Rigatoni are artisan pasta made exclusively with durum wheat grown by Azienda Iungano between Forenza and Venosa, in the heart of Basilicata. The entire supply chain is based in the region: the wheat is milled into semolina and then processed in the pasta workshops of Oppido Lucano and Stigliano, where pasta-making tradition meets production techniques that respect the quality of the raw ingredients.

Bronze-Die Extrusion and Excellent Cooking Performance

100% Italian Wheat Rigatoni are made using bronze-die extrusion and slowly dried, processes that give the pasta a rough surface and an ideal texture. Thanks to their cylindrical shape and characteristic ridges, they hold sauces perfectly and maintain an excellent texture during cooking, enhancing every preparation.

Ideal with Ragù, Hearty Sauces and Baked Dishes

100% Italian Wheat Rigatoni are perfect with meat ragù, rich sauces, tomato- and cheese-based sauces, and are especially delicious in baked dishes such as classic pasta gratin. Standard shipping within Italy costs €8.90. Orders over €99 qualify for free shipping within Italy.

We carefully pack our products to protect them from impacts, compression and temperature changes. Special protective packaging is used where needed.

Delivery within Italy generally takes 24–72 hours after dispatch. For EU destinations, delivery times and charges depend on the destination, parcel weight and shipping service selected at checkout. Faster and more economical services may be available.
