Sausage of Accettura
Produced by own breeding meat and semi-crady inside the Park of Accettura. This sausage is produced handcrafted and for us it is the one that More approaching that made at home. Excellent consumed at the knife.
It does not contain nor preservatives or dyes. The minced pepper, salt and wild fennel is added to the pork. Subsequently it is made to dry in specific cells for a minimum of 20 days.
It has a bright red color and is very fragrant due to the fennel.
