Weathered sausage from 100% Lucanian farms from the coal company located in Tricarico (MT). The sausage comes with a slightly darker color. Compared to traditional pork. This breed has been resumed in breeding over the last 10-15 years. Produced with shoulder and ham is topped with the Ground of Senise pepper and the Wild fennel. On the palate it is pleasant with a good salt balance.It does not contain preservatives, nitrites, nitrates and is gluten-free.
