Black Lucanian Pork Sausage

Seasoned sausage from 100% Lucanian farms by Giampiero's company in Castelmezzano. The sausage has a slightly darker color compared to traditional pork. This breed has been reintroduced in farming over the last 10-15 years. Made with shoulder and ham, it is seasoned with ground Senise pepper and wild fennel. On the palate, it is pleasant with a good balance of salt. It contains no preservatives, nitrites, nitrates, and is gluten-free.
