Cheese with pepper by Vincenzo Videtta produced with company milk in Abriola. The flock is always grazing in an unspoiled Lucanian area full of evergreen herbs.
Product aged over 4 months spiced with black pepper. It has a very thin hazelnut-colored rind. Inside, it has a straw-yellowcolor. On the nose, it is pleasant and the aroma of black pepper is well pronounced. On the palate, it is soft, compact like dough, and spiced thanks to the coarse black pepper grains. Excellent as an appetizer paired with a local wine.
