The peppers lucani cruel first in the reviews

At the No. 1 of the typical applicants dishes and products in the reviews of restaurants in Italy there are the peppers lucani cruel.
In 79% of cases are mentioned in excellent 4 or 5-star reviews.
The survey carried out by Travel Appeal tells us about 17 million online reviews of food and wine travelers in Italy (food and wine reports in Italy - June 2019).
And we also discover that reviews grow by 44% in 2018 compared to the previous year.
Who pulls growth? Google and The Fork at the expense of trip advisor that is falling.
The perception of food quality in Italian restaurants is positive in 80.86% of cases: in the lead there are Umbria, Tuscany and Trentino. And the Basilicata? Earn a great sixth place with 87.5% positive reviews (together with Abruzzo), well above the national average.

What generates more or less positive opinions? Homemade desserts or homemade pasta, are at the top of 4 and 5-star reviews along with appreciation for a wide selection of wines. Instead the "fixed menu" generates more reviews from 1 or 2 stars along with those booked with "Thefork discount".
Finally, there is those who eat gluten-free that remains disappointed in 41% of cases, and disappointment (51% of cases) of those who have chosen a restaurant trusting positive reviews read online.
