Produced with semolina of durum wheat of antique grains as Khorasan, hats and Timillia. The best qualities of durum wheat to produce a truly unique pasta. The curiosity of this pasta is its arc form.

The production of wheat takes place in Santeramo in glues by the Viscanti company in biological mode. The processing of the semolina instead is made in a pasta factory in Matera which uses bronze draws and has a slow drying.
