100% Italian Wheat Fusilli are artisan pasta made with durum wheat grown by Azienda Iungano between Forenza and Venosa, in northern Basilicata. The supply chain is entirely local: the wheat is milled into semolina in Genzano di Lucania and then processed in the pasta workshops of Oppido Lucano and Stigliano. This production process celebrates the local area and guarantees pasta made exclusively from Italian wheat.

Bronze-Die Extrusion and Slow Drying

100% Italian Wheat Fusilli are made using bronze-die extrusion and slowly dried, two essential processes that create a rough surface and excellent cooking performance. These characteristics allow the fusilli to hold sauces particularly well, enhancing every recipe while preserving the quality of the durum wheat semolina.

Perfect with Ragù, Pesto and Rich Sauces

Thanks to their distinctive spiral shape, 100% Italian Wheat Fusilli catch sauces and dressings perfectly. They are ideal with meat ragù, pesto, tomato sauces, vegetables, mushrooms and creamy sauces, but are also excellent in cold dishes such as pasta salads. Delivery within Italy generally takes 24–72 hours after dispatch. For EU destinations, delivery times and charges depend on the destination, parcel weight and shipping service selected at checkout. Faster and more economical services may be available.
