Pasta Produced in Basilicata With semolina that I come from the company Iungano between Forenza and Venosa. The wheat is moited a Genzano to then become pasta in the pasta factories of Oppido and Stigliano.
Pasta from Golden and rough to the touch. Excellent in cooking for al dente dishes. Typical sweet taste of pasta, the aftertaste remains hint of cereal.
