Prepared with selected ingredients using artisan techniques, they represent a high-quality pasta capable of enhancing any Italian recipe.
Senatore Cappelli Wheat and Artisan Production
Smooth Pennoni from Stigliano are made with a selection of fine durum wheats, including the renowned Senatore Cappelli, following the traditional methods of Pastificio Fattincasa. Bronze-die extrusion gives the pasta a surface ideal for holding sauces, while slow drying preserves the characteristics of the wheat, ensuring flavour, quality and excellent firmness during cooking.

Standard shipping within Italy costs โฌ8.90. Orders over โฌ99 qualify for free shipping within Italy.
We carefully pack our products to protect them from impacts, compression and temperature changes. Special protective packaging is used where needed.
Delivery within Italy generally takes 24โ72 hours after dispatch. For EU destinations, delivery times and charges depend on the destination, parcel weight and shipping service selected at checkout. Faster and more economical services may be available.
Please allow up to two working days for order preparation. To avoid weekend delays, fresh products such as cheese, bread and cured meats are generally not dispatched from Thursday onwards.
