The Iungano company uses only its own wheat for the production of durum wheat semolina pasta, which is produced in Basilicata between Venosa and Forenza. The pasta factories used are those of Stigliano and Oppido. Pasta with a dark color, rough to the touch. Bronze drawing and slow drying. Excellent pasta with meat sauce or ragù.
