The Iungano company uses only its own wheat to produce durum wheat semolina pasta, made in Basilicata between Venosa and Forenza. The pasta is crafted in the Stigliano and Oppido factories.
This pasta has a dark color and a rough texture. It is bronze-extruded and slowly dried. It pairs excellently with meat sauces or ragù.
