Compote of sweet peppers
The compost of peppers is made from peppers cut into small pieces and put under oil.
This product is made from Masseria Mirogallo in Matera with its cultivated and collected products.
You can use it to create first courses by balancing the sweetness of peppers or simply by combining them with cheeses such as the Canestrato of Moliterno IGP or seasoned seeds.
