Organic Lucanian Eucalyptus Honey, highly fragrant, produced by Francesco, a nomadic beekeeper who gifts us with super delicious honeys every year. Winner of the Biolmiel competitions for many years, he is certainly one of the most skilled and knowledgeable about the monofloral varieties present in the small region.
The honey has a persistent taste, normally sweet with a light amber color and aromas reminiscent of licorice.
