Eggplants in EVO oil

Eggplants in extra virgin olive oil sourced from three Lucanian farms. The first is Pantone, from Pietrapertosa, which cultivates all kinds of vegetables that it then transforms with its own oil. A genuine product we would add, and the fact that the vegetable is km0 enhances its goodness.
On the palate, they remain crunchy, and the spices are excellent, not overpowering the taste but enriching it.
The second is La Pietrapertosana, from which name we can infer it also comes from the Dolomiti Lucane, while the last is Belfiore from Matera. Both are exceptional products.
