Eggplants in Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Eggplants preserved in extra virgin olive oil sourced from three Lucanian farms. The first is Pantone from Pietrapertosa, which grows various vegetables and transforms them using their own olive oil. A genuinely wholesome product, made even more delicious thanks to its farm-to-table freshness. On the palate, the eggplants remain crunchy, with perfectly balanced spices that enhance the flavor without overpowering it.
The second farm is La Pietrapertosana, also from Pietrapertosa, and the third is Belfiore from Matera. Both offer exceptional quality products.
