Chestnut Honey from Pollino

Pietro, beekeeper by choice and love for his industrious bees, preserves a great tradition. He usually keeps his bees at high altitudes in Viggianello in the Pollino National Park where biodiversity reigns supreme.
Honey dark, red with floral notes. In the mouth, it is double not at all sweet. Excellent both in the kitchen for preparing cookies and for herbal teas and in milk.
