This pasta like all the formats of the Iungano company come Products only with grains cultivated in the company itself. The pastures used are all slow drying and bronze drawing. The first pasta factory is that of Oppido while the second is to Stigliano.
It is a golden colored pasta. Typical sweet taste of pasta, the aftertaste remains hint of cereal.
