This pasta, like all formats from the Iungano Company, is produced only with grains grown on the company’s own land. The pasta factories used are all slow-dried and bronze-drawn. The first pasta factory is located in Oppido while the second is in Stigliano. It is a pasta with a golden color. It has a typical sweetish taste of pasta, with a lingering hint of cereal in the aftertaste.
