Armentese pesto

Typical product of the town of Armentary, in the province of Potenza. The pesto is handcrafted with green chilli, basil, garlic and oil.
Theretypical recipe provides for the use of this sauce with typical pasta Like Cavatelli, Ferricelli. Excellent even with patties and as accompanied by some cheeses.
