Bitter in full Anglo-Saxon style with a light amber color, featuring classic caramel notes complemented by hints of underbrush and slightly herbal notes from the English hops Fuggles and East Kent Golding. Low carbonation makes it very drinkable, with a long and persistent bitterness.
Beer produced by Vito and Angela in Avigliano at their brewery where they create super gems.
