Greek Sannio DOP

The Greek is a characteristic vineyard of Guardia Sanframondi, which is born with a careful selection in the vineyard and a maturation in steel tanks.
The line Janare, that in dialect means witches, mythological figures of peasant culture with which women of their land were represented, is a line that highlights Falanghina and Aglianico.
For its straw yellow color and its fruity hints can be combined with Fish first courses, cold dishes, cheeses and dairy products.
