100% Italian Wheat Spaghetti are artisan pasta made exclusively with semolina from durum wheat grown by Azienda Iungano between Forenza and Venosa, in the heart of Basilicata. The supply chain is entirely local: the wheat is milled in Genzano di Lucania and then made into pasta in the pasta workshops of Oppido Lucano and Stigliano. This production process celebrates the region and guarantees pasta made only from Italian wheat.

100% Italian Wheat Spaghetti are bronze-die extruded and slowly dried, techniques that give the pasta a rough surface ideal for holding sauces and outstanding cooking performance. The naturally golden colour and delicate cereal aroma reflect the quality of the semolina and artisan processing, making this shape a benchmark of Italian pasta-making tradition.
