One of the areas in Italy most suited for black truffle. In the province of Avellino, we found the company Re del Bosco that processes the product found and harvested by them.
It is suitable for bread crostini, crostini, bruschetta, focaccia, and pizza for preparing savory pies, pasta including stuffed varieties, on white or red meats grilled or roasted.
