Wine Biscuits are a traditional Lucanian sweet speciality, made by hand in Gallicchio by a small family-run bakery. Prepared with local ingredients including Carosella wheat flour from the Pollino area and Grottino di Roccanova red wine, these authentic biscuits capture the flavours and traditions of Basilicata.

Handmade, Wood-Fired and Free from Preservatives

Wine Biscuits are prepared entirely by hand using traditional recipes handed down through generations. Baking in a wood-fired oven gives them a wonderfully crisp texture and unmistakable aroma. Carefully selected local ingredients enhance their authentic flavour, while the recipe contains no preservatives, in keeping with artisan baking tradition.

Wine Biscuits are ideal as an everyday snack or enjoyed with a glass of Lucanian red wine, sweet wine or dessert wine. They are also delicious after dinner or with tea and coffee, offering a genuine taste of traditional Basilicata baking.

Standard shipping within Italy costs €8.90. Orders over €99 qualify for free shipping within Italy.

Delivery within Italy generally takes 24–72 hours after dispatch. For EU destinations, delivery times and charges depend on the destination, parcel weight and shipping service selected at checkout. Faster and more economical services may be available.

Please allow up to two working days for order preparation. To avoid weekend delays, fresh products such as cheese, bread and cured meats are generally not dispatched from Thursday onwards.
