Asparagus Pieces in Extra Virgin Olive Oil are an artisan preserve made with organically grown asparagus, cultivated and processed by the Prima Bio Cooperative in the province of Foggia. Every stage of production is designed to preserve the quality of the raw ingredients, offering a genuine product with the authentic flavour of freshly picked asparagus. Extra virgin olive oil enhances the vegetable's delicate taste without masking its natural characteristics.
Processed Within Five Hours and the Ethical NO CAP Supply Chain
A distinctive feature of these Asparagus Pieces is the speed of processing: less than five hours pass between harvest and preservation, helping retain freshness, texture and flavour. The Prima Bio Cooperative also participates in the NO CAP supply chain, an initiative promoting ethical agriculture and combating the exploitation of farm workers, while encouraging production that respects both people and the local area.

Standard shipping within Italy costs โฌ8.90. Orders over โฌ99 qualify for free shipping within Italy.
We carefully pack our products to protect them from impacts, compression and temperature changes. Special protective packaging is used where needed.
Delivery within Italy generally takes 24โ72 hours after dispatch. For EU destinations, delivery times and charges depend on the destination, parcel weight and shipping service selected at checkout. Faster and more economical services may be available.
Please allow up to two working days for order preparation. To avoid weekend delays, fresh products such as cheese, bread and cured meats are generally not dispatched from Thursday onwards.
